Oversee daily operations of assigned security shift and supervise subordinate security officers;
Routinely inspect facilities and grounds to ensure safety for patients, visitors, and staff;
Monitor in-house and contract security personnel for appearance, deportment, training, and performance and ensure compliance with hospital policies and SOPs;
Provide training and orientation to hospital and contracted colleagues on safety and security matters;
Conduct monthly audits of campus facilities and grounds to assess security systems and procedures
