Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Forklift Associate to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in daily Logistics and material handling, supporting our Manufacturing and Food service distribution needs. Whether you have previous experience as a Cashier
, in Delivery
, or in Shipping Receiving
, this position offers a great opportunity to build a long-term career. Working hours are currently 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities Include

• Safely operate a Forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and stage inventory throughout the Warehouse
  .
• Manage incoming and outgoing freight within our Shipping Receiving department, ensuring all documentation and orders are accurate.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and general Logistics support across the floor.
• Handle order picking, packing, and staging for local Delivery routes and regional shipments.
• Collaborate with production teams to keep Manufacturing lines supplied with raw materials and components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety and Food service standards.

Skills / Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a Warehouse environment (or transferable skills from Food service
  , retail Cashier
  , or Delivery roles).
• Experience operating a Forklift (or a strong desire to be trained and certified).
• Basic understanding of Logistics and core Shipping Receiving processes.
• Ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a busy Manufacturing atmosphere.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on workplace safety.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Pay: $18.50+/hr to start—will train! Whether you are a seasoned Machine Operator or transitioning from another field, we offer great starting rates.
