Responsibilities
  • Maintain smooth daily office operations, ensuring work spaces, equipment, and common areas are clean, organized, and functional.
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer phones, and support general front‑desk operations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, coordinate notifications, and support internal communication.
  • Oversee office supply ordering, inventory management, swag stock, and emergency materials.
  • Support vendor relationships, schedule facility repairs, and manage visitor logs.
  • Assist with IT tasks including client phone setup, resets, updates, and inventory tracking.
  • Manage petty cash, company purchasing cards, receipts, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Track training completion and prepare certificates, packets, manuals, and program materials.
  • Upload client discharge documents, update system records, and support graduation ceremonies.
  • Participate in Family Program preparation, supply management, event setup, and onsite support.
  • Maintain professionalism, follow company policies, and complete required training and meetings.
  • Perform additional administrative duties to support campus operations.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role required.
    • Preferred experience in behavioral health or healthcare
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ateam player with a positive attitude.
  • Technology Proficient:

    Skilled in using Microsoft Office and tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity, familiarity with office equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold valid driver license and ableto pass state and federal background checks
