Automotive Tire Technician

NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We are looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis today at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Katy, TX area.

Eligible Automotive Tire Technicians receive weekly bonuses up to $800 during the introductory period. We offer guaranteed weekly bonus payments in addition to competitive base compensation.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will install new tires and wheels and perform tire services—including rotations, balancing, and flat repairs—to keep customer vehicles operating safely. You will also receive weekly bonus payments tied to each service performed, on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
