Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Job Title
Support the execution and daily maintenance of our Clean and Bright in office checklist
Visual standards of the office appearance must be maintained daily
Keeping the break room, restrooms, exam rooms, operatories, offices, lobby and exterior of the office clean
Maintaining the floors swept, mopped and all trash disposed of daily or as needed
Stocks supplies when needed and help breakdown rooms when asked
Support the decorating of the office for events and seasonal or holiday celebrations
Help organize and maintain all supply and storage closets
Follow protocol and compliance strictly
Work with the office lead to take care of miscellaneous tasks needed in the office
Support the office staff with office activities when needed
Ortho Bash events, grand openings, special events, crafts for kids and parents
Support Pediatric days and patient care when needed
Sit with children when needed - Support parents when asked
Work with office staff to take photos of patients that will be used on social media
Support office staff to build goodie bags for patients and special events
Positive attitude and team player
Open to change and a "can do" attitude
Self Starter and requires little supervision once trained
Bilingual Preferred
While performing the duties of this job associate will be:
Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to sit.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds such as furniture, cleaning equipment, etc.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Be able to hear conversations in quiet and noisy environments.
