U‑Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Stafford, Texas to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers with U‑Haul products, use U‑Scan tech to manage rentals, and help with moving, hooking up, inspecting, and cleaning equipment on the lot.
The role includes answering questions, educating customers, preparing invoices, and handling returns. Training and certifications are offered for propane and forklift as needed.
