Job Description

Experience: Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details Responsibilities
  • Manage mechanical scopes from kickoff through project closeout
  • Oversee HVAC and piping installations including equipment procurement and scheduling
  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal field teams
  • Track project budgets, cost forecasts, and change orders
  • Lead subcontractor buyout and ongoing vendor management
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with contract documents
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Support field teams with problem-solving and coordination issues
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical construction
  • Background working for a mechanical contractor or subcontractor
  • Experience managing HVAC and or piping scopes on ground up or large retrofit projects
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills working with both field and office teams
  • Familiarity with project management software and estimating tools
