This role provides technical support to a team of 7 Field Service Engineers. You will analyze schematic drawings to identify problem areas within a range of industrial UPS systems, oversee the service region, and conduct annual reviews, applying safety and disciplinary procedures to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s or equivalent in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and 5 years (or master’s +3) of experience as a Field Service Engineer, including preventative maintenance, commissioning, and repair of uninterruptible power supplies and related equipment in the petrochemical and power generation industry. 2 years’ experience in power electronics or a closely related field using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar industrial networking equipment, and leading teams directly or indirectly.

Ability to travel 20% to client sites in the Gulf Coast Region (OK, TX, AL, LA, MS). Provide on-call phone support on rotating weekends. Telework available 2 days/week. .
