Monitor activities (Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing) to ensure safety and cleanliness;
Provide exceptional service and assist Guests with questions and prize redemptions;
Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vest on occasion;
Report wear-and-tear/damage to the Technical Team; assist with opening/mid-day/closing duties
