Sound Engineer; FOH

Create an optimal audio experience for our congregation during worship services by operating the Behringer WING digital mixing console.

As a Front‑of‑House Sound Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating an optimal audio experience for our congregation during worship services. You'll operate our Behringer WING digital mixing console, ensuring clear vocals, balanced instruments, and appropriate audio levels throughout the service.

• Arrive 45 minutes before service for sound check.
• Set up and test microphones for speakers and choir.
• Balance audio mix for congregation listening experience.
• Monitor and adjust levels throughout service.
• Troubleshoot audio issues quickly and discreetly.
• Coordinate with worship band and choir director.
• Properly shut down and store equipment after service.

• Basic understanding of audio concepts (EQ, compression, gain).
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good hearing and attention to audio detail.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to learn digital mixing console operations.
• Team player with humble, teachable attitude.

Service flow and cue recognition.

Emergency troubleshooting procedures.
