This is a full-time Hotel General Manager position at Home2 Suites by Hilton , based in Stafford, TX. The Hotel General Manager oversees daily hotel operations, including guest services, staff supervision, budgeting, and compliance with Hilton brand standards. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring overall business profitability. The role involves regular collaboration with operations, revenue, and sales leadership to support the hotel’s performance and growth.

• Minimum three (3) years of management experience at a Hilton-branded hotel
• Strong knowledge of Hilton brand standards, systems, and tools
• Proven ability to lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive guest experiences
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a professional level
• Hands-on management style with a genuine interest in working closely with and supporting all hotel departments

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience or a strong interest in hotel sales and revenue generation
• Experience overseeing a Property Improvement Plan (PIP), including coordination with brand standards, ownership, and contractors
