Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Data Analyst / Capacity Planner - TX to join their team. As a Data Analyst / Capacity Planner - TX, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting capacity forecasting and operational readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, adaptability, and collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Own, maintain, and enhance complex capacity forecasting models using Excel and data integration techniques.
- Analyze production capacity needs across multiple manufacturing facilities to support operational planning.
- Pull, clean, and analyze structured data from Snowflake/AWS using SQL queries to generate actionable insights.
- Provide insights on labor requirements, equipment utilization, and production distribution to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, leadership, and offshore development to ensure forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- 5–8 years of experience in data analysis, capacity planning, or forecasting roles within manufacturing or similar environments.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and complex modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL querying, with experience in Snowflake or AWS preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze trends, evaluate capacity constraints, and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
