As a Senior Product Data Analyst (VPN) at Surfshark, you will own product analytics across the VPN user journey partnering closely with product managers and engineers. You will translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses, define core metrics like connection speed, and drive experimentation to optimize experiences. Additionally, you will identify frictions in user journeys, quantify impacts on retention and LTV, and build end-to-end solutions from data models to dashboards.
