• Oversee and manage commercial escrow transactions from inception to closure
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transaction documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders
• Conduct title searches, review surveys, and resolve any title issues that may arise
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the escrow process to facilitate a smooth closing
• Maintain records and documentation for all transactions in compliance with industry regulations

• 2+ years of experience in commercial escrow transactions
• Proficiency in using Softpro software
• Strong multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
