The Role The Warehouse Coordinator coordinates receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, staging, and communication, so products move accurately and on time.
What You’ll DoReceive, verify, label, store, pick, pack, stage, and document products and supplies.
Coordinate daily priorities and communicate exceptions before they delay production or fulfillment.
Maintain inventory records, rotation, location accuracy, and orderly storage areas.
Coordinate order priorities and handoffs with production, drivers, restaurants, catering, and customer service teams.
Research shortages, damages, substitutions, and count differences and communicate findings.
Prepare shipping or transfer documents and update shared systems accurately.
Maintain safe, clean work areas and inspect equipment before use.

What You’ll Bring Warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, commissary, or comparable coordination experience.
Strong accuracy, organization, prioritization, and communication.
Comfort using inventory, shipping, spreadsheet, or enterprise systems.
Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with several teams.
Forklift or powered equipment certification requirements must be confirmed by Operations/P&C.Physical & Schedule Requirements Stand and move for extended periods in production, packing, storage, and fulfillment areas.
Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive handling or preparation tasks.
Regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance when needed.
Work safely around commercial equipment, loading areas, wet floors, refrigerated storage, heat, and changing temperatures.
Maintain availability for production-driven schedules that may include early mornings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak periods.
