Work with wafer processing engineers to fabricate InP and GaAs based semiconductor lasers; handle all aspects for semiconductor laser fabrication process; use inspection tools to collect and analyze data; conduct computer file organizationRequirements:
Previous experience in semiconductor wafer processing preferred; ability to use computer, microscope, tweezers, or other tools to handle delicate compound semiconductor wafers
