LINK Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing role in Stafford, TX. This position pays $22.00 per hour and is a good fit for someone with hands‑on maintenance experience in a production or industrial environment.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, work with electrical control circuits, and help keep machines running safely and correctly.

- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Work with production equipment, compressors, HVAC systems, PLCs, and drives
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and electrical control circuits
- Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Inspect, adjust, calibrate, repair, and replace worn or defective parts
- Work on equipment such as production machines, compressors, HVAC systems, and related shop equipment
- Diagnose breakdowns and help determine whether equipment should be repaired or replaced
- Modify or upgrade equipment as needed to support production
- Order parts and maintenance supplies when needed
- Support emergency maintenance needs as part of an on‑call rotation when required
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
- Hands‑on experience with PLCs and drives
- Basic understanding of how electrical and mechanical components work together
- Able to use basic shop math and maintenance tools
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, reach, and move throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED
- Own tools required
- Electrical license, trade school, or maintenance certification is a plus
- 1st shift maintenance role
- Good fit for candidates with both mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
