LINK Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing role in Stafford, TX. This position pays $22.00 per hour and is a good fit for someone with hands‑on maintenance experience in a production or industrial environment.

In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, work with electrical control circuits, and help keep machines running safely and correctly.

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and electrical control circuits
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment
  • Inspect, adjust, calibrate, repair, and replace worn or defective parts
  • Work on equipment such as production machines, compressors, HVAC systems, and related shop equipment
  • Diagnose breakdowns and help determine whether equipment should be repaired or replaced
  • Modify or upgrade equipment as needed to support production
  • Order parts and maintenance supplies when needed
  • Support emergency maintenance needs as part of an on‑call rotation when required
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Hands‑on experience with PLCs and drives
  • Basic understanding of how electrical and mechanical components work together
  • Able to use basic shop math and maintenance tools
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, kneel, reach, and move throughout the shift
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Own tools required
  • Electrical license, trade school, or maintenance certification is a plus
