We're seeking motivated individuals to join our Assembly Department in a temporary role with the opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Assist with assembly operations and daily production activities
• Work with electrical and mechanical components
• Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards
• Learn department workflows and processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Basic electrical and/or mechanical experience in the last 6 months to a year
• Strong willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
