Production Painter

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Painter to join their team. As a Production Painter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting to ensure proper coating adhesion.

• Mix and apply industrial primers, epoxies, polyurethanes, and other protective coatings using spray systems.

• Interpret manufacturing blueprints, paint specifications, and industry standards to determine coating requirements.

• Perform quality checks including film thickness testing and defect detection to maintain high standards.

• Maintain and clean spray equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of experience as an industrial painter, preferably in manufacturing or heavy machinery environments.

• Knowledge of industrial coating materials and equipment operation.

• Ability to recognize coating defects and achieve uniform finishes.

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with PPE in a paint booth environment.

Nuestro cliente, una organización de fabricación industrial, busca un Pintor de Producción para unirse a su equipo. Como Pintor de Producción, formarás parte del departamento de fabricación apoyando la línea de producción. El candidato ideal tendrá atención al detalle, confiabilidad y una actitud proactiva, lo cual se alineará con éxito en la organización.

• Preparar superficies limpiando, lijando, enmascarando y blastando para asegurar una correcta adhesión de la pintura.

• Mezclar y aplicar primarios industriales, epóxicos, poliuretanos y otros recubrimientos protectores usando sistemas de pulverización.

• Interpretar planos de fabricación, especificaciones de pintura y estándares de la industria para determinar los requisitos de recubrimiento.

• Realizar controles de calidad, incluyendo pruebas de grosor de película y detección de defectos para mantener altos estándares.

• Mantener y limpiar el equipo de pulverización y seguir siempre los protocolos de seguridad.

• Diploma de secundaria o equivalente requerido.

• Más de 2 años de experiencia como pintor industrial, preferiblemente en fabricación o maquinaria pesada.

• Conocimiento de materiales de recubrimiento industrial y operación de equipos.

• Capacidad para detectar defectos y lograr acabados uniformes.

• Resistencia física para estar de pie por largos períodos, levantar hasta 25 libras y trabajar con equipo de protección en cabinas de pintura.
