Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

We are seeking dependable and detail oriented Production Generalists to join a fast paced production environment. In this role, you will be trained to operate printing, sorting, and mail processing equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and productivity standards are met.

• Operate printing equipment used to produce statements, insurance cards, loyalty cards, and other materials
• Set up and adjust production equipment to ensure accurate processing
• Perform quality inspections and verify production quantities
• Manually insert documents into envelopes and prepare mailings for shipment
• Operate presorting equipment and identify damaged mail for reprints
• Sort and stage completed mail for distribution
• Respond to machine error messages and perform basic troubleshooting

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the shift
• Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a high volume production or manufacturing environment
• Understanding of production workflows and quality standards
• Team oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
