* ** Position Summary*
* We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Inserter Operators to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be trained to operate industry-leading inserting equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure mail processing jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Operate and monitor Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest inserting machines

+ Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment as needed

+ Perform quality checks to ensure mailing accuracy

+ Identify and separate damaged or non-conforming materials

+ Stage completed jobs for warehouse pickup

+ Adapt to changing production volumes and priorities

Requirements

+ Experience using a computer for data entry and basic computer skills (PC navigation)

+ Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

+ Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the shift

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required

Preferred Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment

+ Experience operating inserting machines

+ Military experience or equivalent work experience is welcome
