Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory. This role ensures alignment between customer demand and operational execution, supporting the delivery of high-quality valve service and field solutions.

This position plays a critical role in supporting company growth by strengthening customer partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent commercial performance.

Core Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts
  • Promote valve repair, maintenance, and field service solutions
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within oil & gas and industrial markets
Customer & Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness and solution-based support
Territory Management
  • Manage and prioritize sales activities within assigned region
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Operational Alignment
  • Partner with Operations to ensure successful execution of customer work
  • Align customer expectations with company capabilities
  • Support coordination between sales and service teams
Execution Discipline
  • Maintain consistent followup, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Support structured sales processes and forecasting
  • Contribute to overall commercial strategy and growth initiatives
Scope of Role

Compensation Structure Base Salary

Candidate Profile
  • 35+ years of sales experience in industrial, oil & gas, or service-based environments
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with strong accountability and execution focus
Work Environment
  • Field-based role with travel within assigned territory
  • Customer-facing with regular site visits
