Role Description

This is a full-time role based out of our Stafford, TX headquarters, for a Business Development Manager. The individual will focus on identifying growth opportunities, fostering relationships with new and existing clients, creating and implementing strategic sales plans, and meeting revenue targets, with a strong focus on our ever-growing data center business. Other responsibilities include maintaining detailed knowledge of KITZ's product offerings, staying updated on market trends, coordinating with internal teams, and attending industry events to promote KITZ's products and services.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in new business development, technical sales, or the data and technology sector.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge of Commercial valve products and customers
  • Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and reporting tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support client needs
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and company functions
