Position Summary

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events. Meets Membership goals, maintains safety of the Facility by following all safety standards and procedures, and executes Member Fax, Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing and completing accurate orders and invoices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Communicates progress and information, recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to change, feedback, and learning challenges. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and implements related action plans.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
