Hourly pay based on experience: $20-$27 per hour.

Company truck and uniform provided.

Seeking an experienced gutter installer to join a growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in carpentry and gutter installation, knows how to operate a gutter machine, and can drive a box truck. Enthusiastic, customer‑facing, and ready to lead a small crew.

• Install, maintain, and guard seamless gutters and specialty systems.
• Operate a 5k/6k gutter machine and run coil.
• Plan job workflow and direct team members.
• Communicate safely and professionally with customers.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Work overtime as required.

• Minimum 2 years experience in skilled gutter installation.
• Ability to drive a box truck with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and honesty.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Willingness to grow with the company and take additional hours.
• Capacity to perform work efficiently and with quality.

Hourly position, $20-$27, salary based on experience, with a skills ladder training program that offers promotion and performance‑based earnings.
