Fleet Mechanic - Stafford, TX

Starting pay between $35.43 -$36.43 hourly

• Maintaining and repairing fleet tractors & cryogenic tankers.
• Diagnosing Mechanical problems & providing service & maintenance on tractors & trailers; as well as performing routine inspections.
• Replace tires as needed & maintain accurate paperwork.

• Position requires certification from a mechanic trade school or 2 years of related experience.
• Must be computer literate
• Cryogenic and /or hydraulic experience a plus.
• MUST HAVE AIR BRAKE CERTIFICATION
• Must be certified and able to perform inspections on trucks and trailers.
• DOT brake certification/ Federal Inspection
• Tools required are 1/2  Sockets and below and basic needed mechanic tools, bigger tools are provided on site.
• Hydraulic Systems experience, Will need to be willing to learn cryogenic system and components
• Welding experience is a plus. ABS system troubleshooting
• Prior Diesel/Truck and Trailer Mechanic Experience

- Thursday
