Job Description Salary:
Starting at $15/hour

As a Warehouse Clerk at Bright Springs Foods, you will be responsible for interacting with our warehouse and driver teams to schedule, prepare, and execute our delivery routes, as well as maintaining records and reports for the driver team.

Responsibilities:

• Routing our delivery routes each morning and preparing the paperwork and invoices associated with routing
• Assisting the warehouse when loading the delivery trucks with computer-related requests (printing labels, transaction issues, item changes, etc.)
• Driver Scheduling: coordinating with and scheduling drivers to optimize efficiency
• Compiling a weekly driver routing report
• Monitoring Hours of Service (HOS) violations
• Truck Inspections: inspecting trucks returning after 6 PM
• Any additional duties requested by the supervisor or HR department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or above
• 2 years of work experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible and dedicated to work
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and willingness to learn
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
