Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, SAP, and carrier software such as Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship.

• Pick, stage, and process outbound orders using SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory transactions.
• Process parcel shipments through Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship.
• Generate shipping labels, tracking information, and carrier documentation.
• Verify export documents for international shipments.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Safely package and prepare materials for shipment.
• Ensure accurate tracking of serial numbers and shipping records.

• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environments.
• Strong SAP experience, preferably in Shipping, Logistics Execution, or Inventory Management.
• Experience with Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship.
• Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
