Lead Receiving Coordinator

Stafford, TX | Temp-to-Hire | $13.04/hr.

We are seeking a Lead Receiving Coordinator to join a growing warehouse team in Stafford, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

What You'll Do

As the Lead Receiving Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring incoming shipments are received accurately and efficiently while supporting inventory control and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate incoming deliveries
  • Receive and enter shipment information into the warehouse management system
  • Identify, document, and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies
  • Replenish inventory in forward pick locations using RF scanners and manual requests
  • Communicate shipment and inventory updates via phone, email, and in person
  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service
  • Coordinate timely distribution of personal packages
  • Count and maintain packaging and shipping supply inventory
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
  • Support additional warehouse and receiving activities as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of receiving, inventory, or warehouse coordination experience
  • 1–2 years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Electric forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical & Schedule Requirements
  • Monday‑Friday, starting at 7:00 AM (typical 8‑hour shifts)
  • Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand and walk for 9+ hours per day
  • Ability to lift 50‑70 pounds
