We are seeking a Lead Receiving Coordinator to join a growing warehouse team in Stafford, TX. As the Lead Receiving Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring incoming shipments are received accurately and efficiently while supporting inventory control and warehouse operations.

Monitor and coordinate incoming deliveries Receive and enter shipment information into the warehouse management system Identify, document, and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies Replenish inventory in forward pick locations using RF scanners and manual requests Communicate shipment and inventory updates via phone, email, and in person Deliver exceptional internal customer service Coordinate timely distribution of personal packages Count and maintain packaging and shipping supply inventory Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Support additional warehouse and receiving activities as needed

Minimum 2 years of receiving, inventory, or warehouse coordination experience 1-2 years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Excellent communication and organizational skills Electric forklift experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM (typical 8-hour shifts) Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand and walk for 9+ hours per day Ability to lift 50-70 pounds
