Job DescriptionFulfill outbound deliveries by identifying, picking, and staging sales orders generated within the SAP environment. Perform inventory posting and issue material tracking updates in SAP to guarantee accurate stock records. Manage system documentation by linking packing slips, delivery notes, and serial records directly to active SAP transport files. Audit inventory data through regular participation in physical inventory cycle counts to rectify discrepancies.
Process parcel shipments utilizing platforms like Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship. Generate compliant labels, tracking tags, and carrier paperwork for all standard ground or express orders. Perform weight audits by measuring, weighing, and recording exact dimensional attributes for carrier billing compliance. Verify export documentation including Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and customs forms for all international lanes.
Stage material pallets and small packages safely in designated loading zones for regular daily pickup. Coordinate pickup schedules directly with regional carrier hubs, dispatchers, and third-party logistics agents if required. Research lost package discrepancies using online provider tracing dashboards. Pack fragile items or assemble specific structural configurations using proper protective shipping elements. Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is an essential function of this role to ensure daily business operations run smoothly.
Qualifications& Requirements
Technical
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years working in manufacturing, warehouse distribution, small-parcel routing, or logistics-focused settings. SAP Proficiency:
Proven competence utilizing SAP Shipping, Logistics Execution, or Inventory Management modules. Carrier Software:
Expert familiarity navigating Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS World Ship enterprise tools. Regulations:
Foundational knowledge regarding international shipping documentation, custom protocols, and general material transport guidelines. Absolute precision required to match physical valve serial numbers with digital and physical SAP records, ensuring zero documentation or sorting errors for outbound shipments.
Communication:
Ability to clearly communicate shipment revisions or tracking anomalies across cross-functional internal units. Organization:
Exceptional attention to detail required to audit strict compliance variables across numbers and labels. Physical Capability:
Ability to safely lift and maneuver payload materials weighing up to 50 pounds consistently. Equipment Use:
Current certification or willingness to train on material handling machinery and tools like motorized pallet jacks and forklifts. Jib cranes, power wrenches, drills, electric banders and pneumatic staple guns. This role requires occasional overtime and weekend flexibility, sometimes on short notice, to support peak operational times.
