Location: The Sycamores - Stafford

Compensation: £34,000 - £39,000 per year, days plus sleep‑ins paid at £60.00 per sleep. Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month – 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep‑ins. Rotas given in advance. 365‑day a year service.

• A minimum 12 months supervisory experience in a children's residential care home
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
• A full driving licence issued in the UK
