Flexible Nursery Work in Stafford

We are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners to support a nursery in Stafford on a flexible, day-to-day basis. Shifts can vary depending on the nursery’s needs and may include morning, afternoon, or full-day cover.

This role is ideal for educators who are looking for flexible working hours while gaining experience across different early years settings.

Typical Shift Patterns

• 8:00am – 6:00pm full-day shifts

• Morning cover

• Afternoon cover

Who We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years (desirable)

• Unqualified candidates with relevant childcare experience also considered

• Confident working with children aged 0–5

• Reliable, nurturing, and adaptable
