C / Refrigeration Service Engineer –

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced AC / Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a well-established and reputable refrigeration contractor operating across the Staffordshire region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company that offers a competitive salary and package, along with genuine long-term progression opportunities.

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and reactive breakdown work across a range of commercial sites. The role is mobile and will involve travelling throughout the region.

You will be working on a variety of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including:

• Splits
• VRV/VRF systems
• Bottle coolers
• Integral refrigeration units

A full UK driving licence is required.

• Proven experience as an AC / Refrigeration Service Engineer
• Current F-Gas certification
• Strong fault-finding and breakdown experience
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota

• Basic salary: £38,000 - £42,000
• Standby / Call-Out: 1 in 6 rota
• Travel time: 30 minutes each way paid
• Overtime: 1.5x Monday - Saturday; 2x Sundays
