CSCS labourer - build plumbing externals

Position: CSCS labourer - new build plumbing externals
This is an opportunity to join an established team of Engineers working on new-build sites as a Rainwater Operative installing guttering, rain water pipes and all associated externals. This is a permanent role, NOT via an agency but straight on the books.

You;

You will be ideally located in the Stafford area with travel to sites in Crewe, Tamworth, Telford, Worcester and Nantwich – all travel expenses are paid - van and fuel card provided.

You'll be working at height (must be ok with this!) measuring and installing the gutters and downpipes and occasionally drilling core holes through to link up with internal pipework. You don't necessarily need experience of this but must have site experience and be used to hard physical work!

This is a full time, permanent position with a company van and fuel card provided, plus all the usual perks that come with being an employee. On the books, not via an agency.

* Must have some sort of site experience - these are large residential new build sites

* Must have current CSCS card

* Must have a full driving licence

* Tools needed - SDS drill, drill driver, screwdrivers, spirit level, string line & hacksaw. (loan of tools can be arranged)

Responsibilities

* Be responsible for installation of external plumbing systems for new builds, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

* Operate hand tools safely while performing site preparation and clean-up.

* Collaborate with team members to efficiently execute project tasks.

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to site protocols.

There is an hourly rate but as this is price work earning potential is much higher. Price lists can be discussed after application.
