Electrician – Stafford (No Stay Aways) – £37,500 – £45,000 + Install Bonus + Company‑paid BPEC training + Progression to Contract Manager/QS/Head of Department + Company van with fuel card + Pension + Holiday.

Are you a motivated electrician with experience in boiler wire‑ups looking to massively increase your earning potential?

Do you want the opportunity to progress to a head of department position while also receiving training in solar, battery storage and air source heat pumps?

If successful you will join a large‑scale multi‑discipline company operating across the UK. With growing success the company aims to double turnover over the next five years and promote current employees to senior positions.

• Focus on boiler wire‑ups, EICR’s, and general panel work across the Midlands.
• Work on a per‑job basis, offering the potential to increase earnings beyond the minimum salary.
• Receive paid training into renewables, including solar, battery storage, and air source heat pumps.

• NVQ Level 3 with AM2 certification.
• Experience wiring up boilers in domestic or social housing settings.
• Motivation to progress within the company and remain long term.

• Salary: £37,500 – £45,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
• Install bonus and company‑paid BPEC training.
• Progression opportunities to Contract Manager, QS, or Head of Department.
• Company van with fuel card.
• Pension and holiday entitlement.
