ROLE:
Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer
- Gas/AC/HVAC Bias
HOURS:
40 Hours Per Week

- Gas/AC/HVAC Bias who will deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across customer sites, ensuring gas and HVAC systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Role Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on gas appliances and associated plant equipment.
Respond to reactive and emergency maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently.
Complete maintenance activities on gas boilers, heating systems, pumps, ventilation, and HVAC equipment.
Ensure all works are completed safely, in line with contractual timescales and service standards.
Accurately complete service reports, maintenance records, and compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
Substantial experience in maintenance, testing, fault finding, and repair of gas, heating, ventilation, and HVAC systems.
Relevant commercial gas qualifications including COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, and CODNCO
1.Strong understanding of health & safety legislation, compliance requirements, and safe systems of work.
Experience delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance within a Facilities Management environment.
Full UK Driving Licence.
