We are currently looking for an experienced Electrician / Fire Alarm Engineer to join a growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with emergency lighting installation, testing and maintenance, along with a good understanding of BS 5266-1 requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation, testing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems
- Carrying out inspection and testing in line with BS 5266-1
- Fault finding and rectification of emergency lighting systems
- Working on fire alarm systems, including installation and testing
- Completing test sheets, reports and relevant documentation
- Working across commercial and industrial sites
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards
- Level 3 qualification in BS 5266-1
- Strong experience with emergency lighting installation and testing
- Electrical qualification / background, Gold ECS card or Equivilant
- Experience working with fire alarm systems
- Good understanding of current electrical and fire safety standards
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
