Salary Options: £35,000-£40,000 + paid travel and overtime.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Stairlift Installation & Service Engineer to join an established stairlift company covering Stafford and the surrounding areas.
The Stairlift Installation & Service Engineer Role- Install new straight and curved stairlift equipment.
- Complete mechanical and electrical installation work to a high standard.
- Carry out planned servicing, maintenance and preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults and attend breakdowns.
- Read and work accurately from technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
- Carry out testing, adjustments and commissioning before handover.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, regulations and company procedures.
- Liaise professionally with customers, project teams and other engineers.
- Complete installation, service and repair records accurately.
- Maintain excellent standards of workmanship, organisation and site safety.
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service when working in customer's homes.
- Explain the safe operation and use of stairlift equipment following installation or servicing.
- Travel to installation and service projects throughout Stafford and surrounding areas.
- Strong experience installing, servicing and repairing stairlifts.
- Experience with straight and/or curved stairlift systems.
- Experience with stairlift fault-finding, maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Confident reading technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
- Good knowledge of relevant stairlift regulations, health and safety requirements and industry standards.
- Able to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out effective repairs.
- Able to work independently and as part of an engineering team.
- Safety-conscious, reliable and committed to high-quality workmanship.
- Professional, friendly and customer-focused when working in customer's homes.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Full UK driving licence.
