How You’ll Contribute

You’ll support a variety of marketing, customer service, and operational initiatives that promote Hilldrup’s services across local, national, and global markets. You’ll assist Customer Service and Operations with administrative duties such as on‑books calls, pack and load check calls, answering department telephones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties. This role provides hands‑on exposure to a fast‑paced, global logistics environment and will assist with a variety of administrative office tasks, small projects, and basic reporting.

You’ll follow up on issues as needed and support the Operations team by coordinating documents with agents and vendors. Additionally, you’ll provide administrative support to the international department by organizing files, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence, while also taking on additional projects and tasks to support the overall objectives of the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and provide administrative support across multiple teams within the international departments (Operations, Customer Experience, Government, Import/Export, OA/DA)
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file management
  • Support small projects, process improvements, and ad hoc assignments
  • Prepare basic reports, track metrics, and help maintain internal dashboards
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Participate in process improvement projects and learning initiatives.
