Job SummaryThe Logistics Analyst (C&E) provides program support across basic acquisition documentation and logistics processes. This role supports the preparation, review, and coordination of program documents and meetings, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of assigned tasks. The analyst works closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to assist in the development and tracking of acquisition and logistics artifacts that enable efficient program execution.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development, review, and maintenance of acquisition and logistics documentation in accordance with applicable policies and processes.
- Assist in coordinating and preparing materials for program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and other required engagements.
- Execute assigned program support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring alignment with established standards and schedules.
- Track and organize program artifacts, action items, and documentation to support effective workflow and record management.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to program leads, including data collection, task coordination, and document formatting.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program support, logistics, or acquisition-related functions.
- Familiarity with basic acquisition processes, documentation, and program support workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience supporting DoD or government acquisition programs.
- Knowledge of logistics, sustainment, or configuration & engineering (C&E) processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
