What You'll Actually Do
  • Manage:
    Coordinate international relocations, ensuring accurate pricing, effective vendor management, and compliance with all regulations and policies.
  • Liaise:
    Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, warehouse staff, U.S. agents, and overseas service providers to facilitate smooth shipment handling.
  • Oversee:
    Handle all aspects of air and ocean freight bookings, manage consolidations, and ensure proper completion of all related documentation.
  • Audit:
    Review carrier invoices, track and manage file costs, and issue payment instructions to support the company’s financial objectives.
  • Communicate:
    Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Team to provide timely shipment status updates and customs requirements, while maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
The Must-Haves
  • Background: A four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in international logistics or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Skills:
