Wilcore is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital products supporting Department of Veterans Affairs initiatives. The Product Manager serves as the bridge between government stakeholders, end users, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure products align with mission objectives, user needs, and business priorities.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building intuitive digital experiences, thrives in Agile environments, and has experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing work, and delivering solutions that create measurable value.
What You'll Do- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with government stakeholders and internal teams.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on customer needs, business value, technical considerations, and contractual priorities.
- Collaborate with engineers, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and program leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
- Gather and translate user feedback and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate and communicate product releases and support change management activities.
