Infant Head Teacher

Age Group: 6 Weeks – 18 Months
Compensation: $17–$21 per hour (based on credentials and experience)

Lead a calm, responsive, and developmentally rich classroom environment for infants. You will design and implement a nurturing, structured setting that supports early learning and secure attachment.

• Follow individualized feeding, sleep, and care schedules with precision
• Build secure attachments through attuned, responsive interaction
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Communicate proactively and clearly with families each day
• Maintain exceptional sanitation and safety standards
• Deliver Primrose’s exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum through age-appropriate engagement
• Lead the classroom with emotional steadiness and a consistent presence

• Deeply patient and attentive to subtle cues
• Emotionally regulated and calm in high‑needs situations
• Experienced in infant development (5+ years strongly preferred)
• Skilled in building trust with families, especially first‑time parents
• Ready to help establish and uphold high standards in a growing school

Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; CDA considered.
