The Role:

Head / Lead Teacher

(Requires degree/licensure in Early Childhood Education or related field with expertise in Early Childhood Education.) You will establish a classroom defined by structure, warmth, academic rigor, and relational excellence — preparing children socially, emotionally, and through academic readiness. Primrose's research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum and integrated digital platform provide the framework so you can focus on mastery, not materials creation. Responsibilities

• Maintain a nurturing, academically focused classroom culture
• Implement lesson plans with fidelity and excellence
• Lead classroom management with consistency
• Communicate professionally with families
• Support each child's academic and social-emotional growth

Qualifications

• Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field
• CDA (if applicable)
• 5+ years' experience as a Lead Teacher
• Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to excellence and accountability

Compensation: $41,600–$48,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. Performance-based incentives available for founding team members.
