Overview

Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ATP Technician to support the testing, validation, and final acceptance of loitering munition systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in electronics and electro-mechanical systems, with proven experience working in structured testing environments that follow strict quality and safety standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all systems meet operational, performance, and compliance requirements before deployment.

Required
  • 3+ years of experience in ATP, testing technician roles, or similar positions in defense, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with automated testing systems or test software.
  • Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
Preferred
  • Experience working with military-grade systems, defense technologies, or loitering munition platforms.

  • Troubleshootmalfunctionsanddiscrepancies; collaboratewithengineeringandproductionteamstoidentifyrootcausesandimplementcorrectiveactions.
  • Verifythecalibrationandproperoperationofalltestingequipmentandtools.
  • Ensurecompliancewithsafetyprotocols, military standards, andenvironmentalguidelinesduringtesting.
  • Document testresults, issues, troubleshooting steps, andcorrectivemeasuresin a clearandtraceablemanner.
  • Analyzeandinterprettestdatatoconfirmsystemcomplianceandreliability.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, andsecuretestingareainaccordancewithcompanyandregulatoryrequirements.
  • Providerecommendationstoimprovetestingprocesses, documentation, andqualityassurancepractices.
  • Assistinpreparingorupdatingsystemspecificationsandtestspecifications.
  • Participateininvestigationsofissuesdiscoveredduringintegration, testing, orfieldtrials.
  • Traveltovendorsorpartnerproductionsitestosupportintegrationandfinalacceptancetesting.
