Position: Budget Analyst - Secret Clearance with Security Clearance
Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret Security Clearance. JANUS Research Group is currently hiring for a Budget Analyst to support our mission at the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) in Stafford, VA. This is for support in MCWL G8 and will be primarily responsible for budget analysis (primarily R&D funding). Candidates experience:
Prepare drafts and recommendations for financial planning and resourcing decisions including plans and budgets. Monitor program financial execution and identify issues to management. Ensure financial information is synchronized with other decision support systems. Monitor and document funding additions, reductions, and movements of resources. Create and maintain spreadsheets that document program specific financial data at detailed level. Coordinate with various offices regarding funding issues.

Required:

* Requires a HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred) and 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
* Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
* Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
* Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.. Desired:
* Knowledge and experience in ONR 03.
* Experience working ONR financial processes, procedures, financials systems.
* Experience in managing technology programs. Salary: $88-$92k Benefits:
