Job Summary
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team with day‑to‑day operations and special projects, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple HR functions. This internship is designed to provide exposure to real‑world HR practices while developing professional skills in a collaborative, onsite environment.
Internship Details
This paid internship is expected to begin in May 2026 and conclude in August 2026. The position requires an onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative support across HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation
- Support recruiting and hiring activities, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate information
- Help prepare HR communications, presentations, and training materials
- Assist with data entry and reporting related to HR systems (e.g., timekeeping, personnel files)
- Participate in special HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work onsite and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Prior internship or administrative experience
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Familiarity with HR systems or timekeeping platforms
