The Human Resources Team is looking for an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and elevate our employer brand in support of a growing, service-focused organization. This key leadership role partners closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent and ensure a seamless, compliant, and candidate-centered hiring experience. The successful candidate will balance historically administrative tasks with opportunities to influence process improvements and data-driven recruitment practices to strengthen the County's recruitment strategy.

Beyond recruitment, the Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of employee personnel actions within the County's HR information system (HRIS). This position is responsible for direct supervision of one team member and reports to the Assistant Director of Human Resources. The hiring range for this position is $78,915.20 to $ annually based on experience.
