The Dev Sec Ops  Engineer, Senior provides technical leadership and subject‑matter expertise to support the design, implementation, and execution of secure, automated CI/CD pipelines within the TDMCATALYST environment. This role works across engineering, architecture, product management, and development teams to integrate security and automation best practices throughout the full application lifecycle, ensuring reliable, scalable, and compliant delivery of software solutions.

• Provide senior‑level technical expertise to support the design, implementation, and execution of automated CI/CD pipelines within the MCBOSS environment.
• Coordinate and collaborate with development teams to ensure Dev Sec Ops  tools and tool chains are properly configured and available for program use.
• Integrate security, testing, configuration control, and automation practices across the full product lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Dev Sec Ops  industry best practices to systems engineering, architecture, product management, and application development teams.
• Support requirements analysis, technical design, system integration, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, reliability, performance, and security of development and deployment processes.
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and technical guidance related to Dev Sec Ops  processes and tool usage.
• May provide technical oversight, mentorship, and task‑level guidance to mid and junior‑level engineers.
• May lead or coordinate Dev Sec Ops  related activities across multiple teams but does not have formal people‑management responsibility.

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, or automated software delivery in enterprise or government environments.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple Dev Sec Ops  tools and tool chains supporting automation, testing, security, and orchestration.
• Experience supporting cloud‑based or hybrid hosting environments.
• Experience supporting mission‑critical or high‑visibility government programs.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, or other cloud certifications.
• Dev Sec Ops , Dev Ops, or security‑related certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CKA or similar).
• Background check.

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Dev Sec Ops , CI/CD, or automated software delivery in enterprise or government environments.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Dev Sec Ops  tools and tool chains, including automation, security scanning, testing, and orchestration tools.
• Experience supporting secure software development and deployment within Department of Defense or other federal environments.
• Demonstrated experience integrating security controls and compliance requirements into CI/CD pipelines.
• Relevant technical certifications, such as:
• Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
• Dev Ops or Dev Sec Ops  certifications.
• Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or equivalent).
• Experience supporting high‑visibility or mission‑critical systems.
• Active Department of Defense security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a clearance, as required by the contract.
